Our Next Regular Board Meeting is scheduled for June 24, 2021 in the Sullivan Rm of the Admin Bldg. All m10 residents are welcome to attend.
Given our occasional nasty storms, stay up to date with changes, cancellations etc. by subscribing to Alert Montgomery
GUTTER CLEANING WILL BE DONE BY THE MUTUAL TWO TIMES A YEAR -- ONCE IN THE LATE FALL AND ONCE IN EARLY SPRING. OTHER THAN THOSE TWO CLEANINGS, ANY SERVICE NOT DEEMED TO BE AN EMERGENCY WILL NOT BE PAID FOR BY THE MUTUAL. (ANY SERVICE DONE BY PPD MUST ALSO BE PRE-APPROVED BY THE MUTUAL IF IT IS TO BE HONORED -- UNLESS IT IS AN EMERGENCY)
Kelmscot Village was voted as the unofficial name of Mutual 10. Signs hve been erected on each corner of Kelmscot Dr and SLWB/Conn Ave. They are beautiful, and we thank Dora Puglisie for he efforst procuring them
The newly certified LW YahooGroups email network (listserve) has begun and invites any LW residents to join. This is an immediate way of communicating and knowing about happenings in LW.
This is a forum to post meeting notices, recommendations, items for sale, free items, voting results, questions and answers about supplemental insurance, Montgomery County links, opinions via email to those members of the group.

New and Departing Neighbors and Vacant Homes. We are having trouble keeping track of vacant homes in our community because we often are not notified when the vacancy occurs. Those of you who are neighbors of a departing resident are most likely to be aware of the change. Therefore, it would greatly appreciated it if you would notify our new board member, Dotty VanScoyoc, 301-598-2878 (dotty36@verizon.net) of any nearby vacant unit regardless of the length of time it’s been vacant so that we can get our records up to date. Furthermore, if you have a point of contact for the vacant residence (a relative, landlord, etc.) we would appreciate that information be reported to Dotty as well. To landlords: Please inform Dotty of any changes of tenants. Thanks.
