Welcome to Mutual 10 Kelmscot Village!
Mutual 10 is one of 29 mutuals in Leisure World and is comprised of 158 one-level patio-villa homes. Two models, the Buckingham with 2 bedrooms and the Cabot with 3 bedrooms, provide a spacious and comfortable living environment. Both models include garage parking and a patio. Some homes have been modified to enclose the garage or patio to create additional living space.
All homeowners are members of the condo association, which is governed by an elected Board of Directors. The board manages all aspects of the mutual 10 community, including finances, maintenance, architectural modifications, and landscaping in accordance with the community bylaws and rules and other local and state condominium association requirements.
Mutual 10 board meetings are held the fourth Thursday of each month. Your participation is welcomed and encouraged to share your views and needs as a community member and is important to the board’s renewed focus on best practices in governance and community involvement.
